No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, Twenty-Five Minutes or So from Plant City
We are not in Plant City. We are west on I-4 in East Tampa, off Falkenburg — twenty-five minutes or so on a normal evening. Every adult class is no-gi jiu-jitsu and wrestling, and your first week is free.
Coming from Plant City
Plant City is forty thousand people, a real downtown, and a strawberry festival that shuts the place for eleven days a year. It is far enough east that Tampa is a decision rather than a default.
Twenty-five minutes on I-4 is a genuine drive and we are not going to dress it up. What is at the end of it: no-gi jiu-jitsu and wrestling every session, unlimited month to month, and a free week to find out whether the drive is one you will actually keep making.
Getting here from Plant City
I-4 west and off at Falkenburg. Twenty-five minutes on a normal evening, and the 6 PM is the realistic one — the 7 AM means leaving Plant City in the dark.

Your first week is free. After that $150/month unlimited, month to month — and every rate is published, including $99 for law enforcement, fire, EMS and active military and a $10 drop-in.
If you have wrestled, the wrestling side of the room is where to start. Never done any of this before? Meet the people teaching it.

- Is twenty-five minutes too far to train?
- For twice a week, most people find it is fine. For five days a week it is a lot. Come do the free week before you decide — that is what it is for.
- Which class works better from Plant City?
- The 6 PM. The 7 AM means leaving Plant City in the dark, and after a week of that most people stop coming.
